This critical role plans and implements PacificWRO’s marketing, advertising, public relations, internal communications, special events, customer experience, and digital online strategies. This full-time, management position serves on the Dealer Leadership Team and reports directly to the President/Owner.

Accounting Administrator

Supports the financial team in completing accounting processes and cycles. The person in this position will be responsible for reviewing and completing daily transactions, reconciliations, payments and communicate with customers and vendors in an accurate and timely manner. This position is high volume and demands an eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. This position also includes a high degree of interaction and communication with team members.

Design and Application Specialist – Healthcare

Provides design services to specific account – direct to customer, including site verification, inventory verification, programming, space planning, typical development, finish sheets, working drawings, installation drawings, specification and site-to-plan review. Works independently with PCs, PMs and internal support, as well as customer to ensure accurate plans and specifications conforming to the client’s requirements and satisfaction. This designer will keep sales account manager in the loop on workload related to the client but will handle day to day smaller projects and client requests that require design development.

Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely quotes for a salesperson or assigned team. This position researches products, responds to client inquiries, and provides general internal sales support to sales teams. Must frequently engage with clients, be highly focused on sales efforts and provide excellent customer care. Requires a high level of client interaction and communication on a daily basis.

Service Technician

Performs technical services and furniture repairs in the field and at the service center. Communicates detailed information for ordering replacement parts and labor reimbursement with vendors. Works with the Service and Warranty Coordinator to schedule work and ensure timely resolution. Proactively influences order entry process, avoiding time wasted, inconveniences, or delays for the customer and dealership. Occasionally works with the Services Manager to perform small installations.

Project Manager

Warranty and Service Coordinator

The Warranty and Service Coordinator is a specialized, highly trained, and skilled member of our Service Team. The team member in this role handles several key tasks: receiving all inbound service requests (via phone and email), scheduling and coordinating service appointments for both the internal service team and our subcontracted labor groups, confirming appointments and verifying completion with end-users, and coordinating warranty work with numerous manufacturers represented by PacificWRO.
