Careers
At PacificWRO, we believe in uplifting people and spaces.
Yes, we’re energized by designing and furnishing some of the most iconic buildings, companies, college campuses, and hospitals across the Pacific Northwest. But more importantly, we value each team member’s unique contribution to those projects because we’re not just creating great work environments for other teams – we’re creating a great environment for our team.
Because our team members are quick-thinking, hardworking, and adaptable PacificWRO is recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the Pacific Northwest. Yet our team also looks beyond the walls of our office to impact the people in our communities, so we’re also ranked one of the most generous mid-sized companies in Oregon. On top of that, we’re consistently one of the top-performing MillerKnoll Certified Dealers in the country.
We’re proud of our team and what we’re accomplishing together, and we’re thrilled you are interested in joining our team!
Open Positions:
Ancillary Designer I
As the Ancillary Designer at PacificWRO, you’ll apply your creative expertise to develop inspired interior solutions that merge aesthetics with functionality and clear design purpose. This role is centered on curating and specifying furniture from the MillerKnoll Collective brands and our trusted network of top-tier manufacturer partners. You’ll collaborate with internal teammates and external stakeholders - including clients, architects, designers, and reps - to shape layered environments through thoughtful space planning, product selection, and strategic application.
From early discovery through execution, you’ll engage directly with clients to uncover their goals, translate them into meaningful design concepts, and develop tailored ancillary furniture solutions. You’ll own both the creative and technical sides - curating products, preparing specifications, and pricing solutions that align with the client’s vision and budget. Whether you're assembling a lookbook, responding to an RFP, or leading a live design session, your work will reflect PacificWRO’ s passion for uplifting people and spaces.
